Boba HQ is a bubble tea business providing bubble tea drinks, ingredients, toppings, packaging, equipment, training and related products and services.

Our website allows customers to browse and purchase selected products and drinks, enroll in Boba Academy, submit wholesale or distributor enquiries, and contact us.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes.

You must not:

• Use the website for fraudulent or unlawful activities.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our website, systems or accounts.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the website.
• Copy, reproduce or commercially exploit our website content without our permission.
• Submit false, misleading or fraudulent information.

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website where we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, images, prices, availability and other information on the website are accurate and up to date.

However, product images may differ slightly from the actual product due to photography, packaging changes, screen settings or manufacturer updates.

All prices displayed on the website are in Nigerian Naira (₦), unless otherwise stated.

The product price displayed at checkout is the price applicable to your order, subject to any clearly stated delivery fees, taxes or other applicable charges.

We aim to ensure that prices shown on the website are accurate and clearly disclosed before payment. Nigerian consumer protection rules require businesses to provide clear information about prices and material facts.

When you place an order, you are making a request to purchase the selected products or drinks.

After submitting your order, you will receive an order number and order information.

An order is not considered paid simply because you have clicked “I've Made Payment.” That button only tells Boba HQ that you have initiated or completed a bank transfer.

Payment must be verified by Boba HQ before the order is confirmed for preparation or dispatch.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where:

• Payment cannot be verified.
• The requested product is unavailable.
• There is an obvious pricing or product error.
• We reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorised activity.
• Delivery to the requested location cannot reasonably be completed.

If we cancel an order after payment has been received, any applicable refund will be handled in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.

For orders paid by bank transfer, customers must use their unique order number as the transfer narration or payment reference.

For example, for order number BHQ-10482, the customer should use BHQ-10482 as the transfer reference.

After making payment, click “I've Made Payment” on the order page.

Boba HQ will verify the payment against the bank account before confirming the order.

Please do not make another transfer while your payment is being verified unless Boba HQ specifically asks you to do so.

Delivery is currently available to selected areas based on the delivery areas displayed at checkout.

Delivery fees depend on the selected delivery location.

Our current delivery structure is based around our dispatch location in Marwa, Lekki, and may include areas such as Lekki Phase 1, Ikate, Elegushi, Oniru, Agungi, Chevron, Ikoyi, Victoria Island, Obalende, Lekki Phase 2, Ajah and areas beyond.

Delivery fees and service areas may change from time to time.

Customers are responsible for providing:

• A correct phone number.
• A complete delivery address.
• A correct delivery area.
• Any useful landmark or delivery instruction.

If incorrect or incomplete information causes a delivery problem, additional delivery charges may apply.

Preparation and delivery times shown on the website or communicated by email are estimates.

Delivery times may be affected by:

• Traffic.
• Weather.
• Road closures.
• Rider availability.
• High order volumes.
• Incorrect or incomplete customer information.
• Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Where a significant delay occurs, we will make reasonable efforts to communicate with the customer.

Customers should provide a safe and accessible delivery location and remain reachable by phone when their order is out for delivery.

Once an order has been delivered to the address provided by the customer or received by the customer's authorised representative, Boba HQ may record the order as delivered.

Some products sold by Boba HQ are intended for commercial or professional use.

Customers are responsible for reading applicable product information and using ingredients, equipment and supplies appropriately.

Where applicable, customers should follow manufacturer instructions, storage requirements, preparation instructions and safety information.

Boba Academy provides educational and training content relating to bubble tea preparation, ingredients, equipment, recipes, operations and related business knowledge.

Course access is provided to the person who purchased the course and must not be shared, resold, copied, distributed or reproduced without written permission from Boba HQ.

Course completion does not guarantee that a student will achieve any particular business, financial or commercial result.

All content on the Boba HQ website, including:

• Logos.
• Brand assets.
• Images.
• Videos.
• Text.
• Graphics.
• Recipes.
• Course materials.
• Website designs.
• Product descriptions.

belongs to Boba HQ or is used with permission, unless otherwise stated.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell or commercially exploit our content without our written permission.

Submitting a wholesale, partnership or distributor application does not automatically create a business relationship with Boba HQ.

All applications are subject to review and approval.

Boba HQ may request additional information before approving an application.

Any approved wholesale, distributor or partnership relationship may be governed by a separate agreement containing additional terms.

Our website may rely on third-party services such as payment providers, email services, hosting providers, delivery services or other technology providers.

We are not responsible for interruptions or failures caused solely by third-party services, although we will take reasonable steps to resolve issues affecting your order.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to applicable law, Boba HQ will not be responsible for losses arising solely from circumstances outside our reasonable control.
